The last card went 1-3 and now it's time to bounce back. The season seems to be on the verge of bouncing back too after the Marlins recent negative test and one of the outbreaks being traced to players visiting a strip club (shocking). So let's start picking up the money with three more picks.

Dodgers @ Padres

This game features two of the best young pitchers of the game, Chris Paddack for the Padres and Walker Buehler for the boys in blue. I took Buehler last time and that worked out pretttaaay good, but his competition this time out is a bit different. Paddack has a good history against the Dodgers, and both feed off adrenaline well. The best thing about a solid pitcher's duel is it could be over in well under 3 hours, which is a win for everyone.

The pick: First 5 under 4.5 @ -120

Mets @ Braves

This game has the potential to be an even better pitchers duel as both deGrom and Soroka have ERA's well under 2. Surprisingly, both pitchers are winless after two starts, thanks largely to their incredible lack of run support. If you're looking for another reason to go "down under", both pitchers are six-foot-four and full of muscle.

The pick: First 5 under 4.5 @ -125

Pirates @ Twins

Derek Holland finished last season with and ERA over 6 and now faces a Twins side likely throwing a bullpen game here, with a staff boasting significantly better numbers at home than away. The Pirates have started the season with the 3rd worst offense in terms of the long ball and rank dead last when it comes to hits. The Twins should roll here, and the under might not be a bad idea as well.

The Pick: Twins -1.5 @ -108
