July 25 MLB Card: Picking Up the Pace

Yesterday was a series of ups and downs ending in a boring 2-2. The Astros and Flaherty went as expected, but the Cards bullpen collapsed while Giolito and Berrios got absolutely pummeled right off the bat. That first 5 under was beat within a half inning. I can't believe someone would take that bet. Regardless time to get hot....
Mariners @ Astros
After taking the Astros TT over and winning easily, I could not believe my eyes when I woke up and saw the same number for tonight's game against a worse pitcher. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
The Pick: Astros TT OVER 5.5 @ -125
Tigers @ Reds
Another one of my favorite pitchers to tail last year, Luis Castillo, takes the mound for the Reds against my favorite team to bet against, the Tigers. This was not close yesterday, and I would not be surprised at a similar score today, as the Tigers bats seem to be constantly asleep. The Reds are in a division that has no clear front runner, so every game matters to them more than most teams.
The Pick: Reds First 5 innings -1 @ -125
Marlins @ Phillies
After a shocking loss yesterday, Zack Wheeler takes the mound for the Phillies today in a new home and with a new child. It's a fresh start for him and hopefully one for their lineup as well who could not hit water if they fell off a boat. Their hitters are too good to collectively struggle again, and they need a win ASAP. I also reached for Realmuto in fantasy this year so it's be nice to see production out of him. I like Wheeler, I like the bats to heat up.
The Pick: Phillies -1 @ -125
